Frederic Bedouet has worked for more than 10 years in the business resilience arena. He has delivered security and crisis management support in Western Europe and Africa for a wide range of clients across a broad spectrum of business sectors. Prior to joining the private sector, Frederic served for 12 years as an officer in the French Armed Forces. He holds a Master degree in Law from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas. Frederic is assisting DealCaring on the Defense and Security sector.
Lionel Gautherie began his career within Société Générale (Hong-Kong), then at Lyonnaise des Eaux (Argentina). Then, he was at the head of the Development Department of an investment bank advising French groups in their activities in Kazakhstan. In 1999, Lionel Gautherie founded L.A.G. PARTICIPATIONS, a firm specialized in corporate financial transactions member of the CNCEF France M&A.
Lionel advises managers of listed companies as well as those of innovative start-ups in their business sales and fundraising projects. More than twenty years of expertise have enabled Lionel Gautherie to operate in various sectors: biotechnologies, electronics, phone interceptions, hotels, printing, secondary building work, mineral water, paramedical, real estate development, IT services, gas networks and electricity, furniture, drones, leisure parks, automotive, web scraping, fashion, digital pharmacies, film production and distribution, flat screens…
